Air Yoga Trapeze ACTIVE – It's a dynamic class, where we do whole body "work-out" and stretching. We will end the class with savasana or pranayama (yoga breathing practice).
Oro Yoga Trapeze GENERAL – A balance between upper body and lower body work, stimulating and relaxing postures, which will help you to find your inner balance. The class ends with a long guided relaxation. Suitable for all levels of experience.
Aerial Yoga Trapeze RELAX – This is a more traditional style of yoga class involving longer holds of postures and a greater focus on breathing and meditation. We start with joint freeing exercises and move progressively through deeper stretches and inversions. If you are ready for a deeper experience of relaxation, this is the class for you.
